By enrolling in any course, training program, or CBT examination on this platform, you agree that:

• All registrations must provide accurate personal information.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful registration or payment (where applicable).
• The institution reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment in cases of fraud or misuse.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All payments made for courses, exams, or certifications are non-refundable once access is granted.
• Refunds may only be considered in cases of system failure or duplicate payments.
• Requests for cancellation must be submitted within 24–48 hours of payment (if applicable).

3. Certificate Terms

• Certificates are issued only after successful completion of required assessments.
• Each certificate contains a unique verification code.
• Certificates can be verified online using our verification system.
• Altering or forging certificates is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Academic Integrity Statement

All students are expected to maintain honesty during assessments.

The following are prohibited:

• Cheating during CBT exams
• Using external assistance or unauthorized materials
• Impersonation or identity fraud
• Copying or sharing exam questions

Violations may lead to:

• Automatic disqualification
• Suspension of access
• Revocation of certificates

5. CBT Exam Rules

For all Computer-Based Tests (CBT):

• Students must log in with valid credentials.
• Each exam must be completed within the allocated time.
• Switching tabs, refreshing, or leaving the exam screen may trigger penalties.
• Only one attempt is allowed unless otherwise stated.
• The system automatically submits when time expires.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the system
• Share login credentials with others
• Upload malicious content or scripts
• Misuse learning materials for commercial redistribution without permission

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Internet disruptions during exams
• Device failure or user-side technical issues
• Loss of data due to user negligence
